During the Christmas break Javier and Tony took a trip down the coast to Dartmoor House in Devon. Apart from an enjoyable break & some well needed relaxation, the beautiful gardens were full of raw inspiration for their next idea.

Lucky you.....here is a sneak peek of the By Appointment Only Design's new book which will be launching this year!
The use of firs, berries and a collection of raw materials helped create a natural and organic look however, to keep it contemporary various grey tones and fabrics have been incorporated....who said a woodland look couldn't be edgy?!
How to make it fabulous......try to use different shaped plates rather than a simple round or square and different textures make it more visually appealing.

The Trend - Natural Traveller
Another new year & more new trends. As we begin to step into Spring the catwalks are showing vibrant collections of fabrics and textures, creating indulgent but free-spirited looks for our wardrobes. http://www.vogue.co.uk are calling it the 'Far Out Traveller' inspired by gardens & decadent holidays....it fits in great with out natural theme.
